Evolution vs. ID

Evolution has been with us as a proven scientific theory for almost 150 years, yet it is under attack by proponents of the theory called Intelligent design. Scientists assert that a scientific theory is not just speculation; it is a convincing, tested framework for a body of evidence. It must make testable predictions and be subject to falsification . It is not a scientific theory if it can’t be tested or falsified… based on this, what do scientists have to say about ID and evolution and how they compare?
