Immigration Issues On A Local Level

Residents of several cities around the country, including Farmers Branch ,Texas, are attempting to control the perceived negative effects of illegal immigration by passing various ordinances in their communities that challenge where illegal immigrants can live and work.What are the legalities and politics surrounding the decisions and how are the proposed ordinances impacting the economic and social well- being of the communities they affect?
