Niki Nicastro McCuistion
Niki is the co-founder of The Foundation for Responsible Television which produces The McCuistion TV program, now in its 21st year with KERA PBS, Dallas and NETA syndication. Under her leadership, the McCuistion Program has earned numerous Telly Awards, Katie Awards for journalistic excellence, and Women in Communication Clarion Awards. She is the Producer, Director and co-interviewer for The Roots of War… the Road to Peace, a documentary on the root causes of terrorism and what led to 9/11. This work has taken her, Dennis McCuistion and their team, from Iraq to Israel and countries in-between to interview, government officials, business leaders, military, educators, everyday citizens and jihadists. She is a prestigious National Council on US Arab Relations Malone Fellow, and an International Women’s Peace Federation Ambassador for Peace.
An active member of the National Speakers Association, Ms. McCuistion has earned the highest professional award the association bestows, the CSP (Certified Speaking Professional). This is a designation held by fewer than 8% of the association’s 4000 members. She was the first recipient of the local NSA chapter’s honored Charbonneau award for service to the profession and speaking excellence .A twenty plus year business performance coach, speaker and consultant she has worked with several key organizations, government agencies and NGOs in the US and internationally, working and coaching executive teams in re-culture strategies, organizational development, building profitable sales teams and conducting service and sales boot camps. An award winning speaker with an MBA in leadership and governance from the University of Dallas, and a Masters in non-profit philanthropy and development from St. Mary’s University in Winona, MN as well as advanced degrees in coaching, she has worked in sales, as a marketing executive, and non-profit CEO. Niki knows the business world and how to get results. Niki is the author/co-author of five business books on sales, sales management, coaching and change. A new book, Women, Wealth and Giving: the Virtuous Legacy of the Boom Generation was recently released to great acclaim. It gives boomers a game plan for changing the world through their philanthropy and charitable giving.
