I worry a lot that the corporate form of business has become one of the most prone to evil inventions ever. The so-called “corporate shield” has been used by “corporate leaders” to transfer massive amounts of wealth to themselves personally at great cost to their rank and file employees and their customers. These are two groups whom every panelist willingly included as stakeholders. Profit for the shareholders has been put on way too lofty a pedestal to the point where shareholders have become the ONLY stakeholders.
